Refund and Return Policy

We guarantee shipment.  If for any reason, you do not receive the product(s) you ordered we will give you 100% refund or offer a store credit in the amount of your order.  We ship everything with tracking numbers, so normally we can track your parcel and find out where it is.  When your post office informs you that you have a parcel, and you do NOT go and pick it up, we will NOT issue a refund, if that order is returned to sender.

 If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact (notify) us via email at that you wish to return the product or exchange the product for a similar product or receive a store credit.   In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of the order.   The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way  and in the same packaging.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or do an exchange or issue a credit.  For a refund - The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
